Casa Costa Blanca is a thoughtfully designed beachfront residence that redefines outdoor living in Costa Rica. This project blends tropical architecture, expansive social spaces, and sustainable design principles to create a seamless connection between indoor comfort and the natural environment.

Designed for both private enjoyment and large-scale entertaining, the home integrates functional elegance with the relaxed sophistication of coastal living.

Custom Outdoor Entertainment Area

We designed the beachfront outdoor amenities, with multiple sun decks, encompassing the infinity-edge pool, including a lap lane, a jet tub for 20 people, shallow water sunbathing deck, and main palapa, restroom, built-in BBQ, and set-up for large venues with vast consideration of sustainable design, material selection, and installation.
